Coexistence Plans

In civil society we find multiple conflicts that affect daily coexistence. In many occasions these problems are not perceived in the same way by all the implied agents. In order to be able to manage these disagreements it is necessary to have an instrument that collects the perceptions of all the existing conflicts. Coexistence requires an active, deliberate and systematic construction in which all participate. The accomplishment of a project of this type implies all groups, social agents and the citizens in general, giving birth to a project agreed in consensus and based on the citizen participation.
